Recently I spent a day photographing the wedding of a couple who is undoubtably, a perfect match. I've watched so many couples promise forever to one another and I have to say, this couple shared one of the most sincere and honest set of promises to one another. The mild weather, the amazing old grow trees towering above us, the calm and peaceful surroundings; it was all the perfect setting for the beginning of a new life together. The bride and groom were so excited, perfectly content to commit their lives to one another, blend their families and their day was just incredible. This summer has been full of fun sessions and beautiful weddings and the Peterson wedding was no exception. This sweet couple was a pleasure to be with on their very special day. Watching how precious they treat each other; it melted me! Their love is real and special.  And they know it. That genuine and honest relationship is so very rare and an absolute pleasure to document. So here is a very small fraction of the fun and happiness that was had at their wedding!!

I had the honor of photographing the wedding of a friend last month. This marriage was a blending of families, a sealing of soul mates and a beautiful event to witness. I was so blessed to watch and record the day for this couple! B Wedding

When I first met Rachel I had such a great feeling about the sweet and thoughtful person she is. After spending time with her chatting about her wedding, photographing she and Todd during their engagement session and then spending her entire wedding day with her, her thoughtfulness was incredibly obvious! Every last detail of her day was planned perfectly and so beautifully! Her day was nothing short of perfect and it was such a blessing to be part of it!!!

Lee Wedding May 2013

I had this lovely friend in high school, Marisa, who I looked up to and admired for her always-loving, kind hearted and compassionate view on life. Jesus's love was evident in her demeanor then and as I suspected, nothing has changed since that time. I connected again with Marisa as she was planning her wedding to her soul mate Joel, also a friend of mine from high school. It is such a blessing to watch two people who love each other so purely as they enter in to a commitment of marriage. Being part of this special day was nothing short of amazing for me. I loved being involved and watching the day unfold. A huge Thank You so my much needed assistant Rashelle Odem who was incredibly valuable to me that day!

Congrats Marisa and Joel!! May you have a long, loving, laughter-filled life together!
